This session will explore how developing community feedback systems can obtain candid, actionable insights from program participants, staff, or volunteers enabling nonprofits to use that experience data for continuous improvement, fundraising, and advancing equity goals. We’ll share best practices and examples on how high-quality feedback leads to accelerated impact, more inclusive partnerships with clients, more effective staff and volunteers, and stronger relationships with funders. 

Listen4Good helps organizations gather and analyze client feedback data for fundraising, strategic decision-making, and advancing equity goals. Participating organizations in L4G receive access to: 1:1 coaching support,  group learning, and a core web application that provides functionality to build strong feedback loops. Since 2016, Listen4Good has supported nearly 940 organizations through our 18-month capacity-building program.
